Conventional thermal power plants can be colossal structures. The planning and commissioning of them is usually accompanied by a significant amount of bureaucratic hassle.
Now, the BNL Clean Energy plants redefine this set of rules. Our standardised and certified processes and facilities allow for the necessary permission stage to be completed more swiftly and comfortably.
Our proprietary innovative high-pressure thermal processing enables the compact and small footprint design. The size of our BNL Clean Energy plant is only about 20% of a conventional thermal waste-to-energy plant.
On top of this, BNL Clean Energy plants are modular. They can rapidly be constructed on any flat concrete or gravel surface. All processing equipment and subsystems are integrated inside the modules, which facilitates the transport, installation, relocation and service of the plant.
As shown in our pictures, BNL Clean Energy plants are delivered in pre-fabricated, semi-mobile units. Therefore the plants can easily be assembled and commissioned with a minimal logistical effort. This makes BNL Clean Energy plants an ideal and obvious choice for locations with a limited infrastructure such as islands or developing countries, where they can be operated without direct access to electricity or water.
